03 · Underneath

A real accounting system. Not a chatbot with a spreadsheet.

The chat is a front door. Behind it is ERPNext, an open-source accounting system, installed on a server we run for you. Double-entry. HST-aware. Every entry with its source and an audit trail. The web app is there when you or your accountant want to go deep.

YoursYour own server, your data, exports in standard formats. Your accountant gets a login.
FixedHosting, backups, updates and monitoring are inside the monthly price. No per-seat fees.

04 · Set up with you

Set up with you. Not handed to you.

We don't send a login and wish you luck. We build your books around how money actually moves in your business, teach you the twenty messages that run it, and keep it running.

01
Discovery call

Forty-five minutes on how money comes in, goes out, who touches it, and what your accountant needs from you. We tell you what we'd set up and what it costs.

02
We build your books

Chart of accounts, HST, customers, suppliers, products, staff, opening balances. History brought in as far as it's worth bringing.

03
We train your routine

Your messages, your approvals, your staff's roles, your accountant's login. Documented, so it survives a busy Friday.

04
We run it

Hosting, backups, updates, monitoring, support and the assistant, for one fixed monthly price. New workflows scoped as you grow.

One price. Everything.

$99per month · everything included · no per-seat fees

Plus a one-time setup from $2,000, scoped on the call. That's the whole bill: the system, the setup, the assistant that runs your day-to-day, and the hosting and support behind it.

What keeping your books usually costs
A bookkeeper, in Ontario$400–700 / mo
Software + a bookkeeperfrom $480 / mo
Wave Advisors bookkeeping$199 / mo
A Toronto firm, flat$500 / mo
Do it yourself in QuickBooks$80 / mo
List prices and Ontario firm rates, September 2026. Every option above is either software you run yourself or a person you hire — not a system set up for your business that does the day-to-day.

Everyone above gives you half — the software to run yourself, or a person to run it for you. We're the whole thing: the system set up for your business and running your day-to-day from a chat — for about what the software alone costs, and a fraction of a bookkeeper.

We onboard 3 businesses a month.
2 spots left for October. Setups are done by hand, in order.
06 · Questions

Asked before you did.

01

Is this QuickBooks with a chatbot on top?

No. It's a full accounting system of its own, set up for your business and hosted for you. The chat is how you use it day to day; the web app is there for deep work and for your accountant.

02

Do I still need an accountant?

Yes, for tax filing and judgement calls. We set the books up with your accountant's needs in mind, give them a login, and hand over a clean year-end package. They'll spend less time fixing and more time advising.

03

Which app do I message?

Discord or WhatsApp today, whichever you already have open. A companion app comes when it earns its place. The books don't care which door you use.

04

What about my old records?

We bring history in as far as it's worth bringing, and say on the call what that costs. A shoebox is fine. So is nothing.

05

What if I want to leave?

Your data exports in standard formats and your accountant keeps their login until you say otherwise. No lock-in, no lockout.

06

Is payroll really included?

Running it is. Source deductions are configured at setup with your accountant or payroll provider, and every pay run waits for your approval before it posts.

07 · Start

Let's set up your books.

Tell us what you run and what keeps slipping. We'll come to the call with a plan and a price.

Forty-five minutes. No payment until we’ve agreed the scope.

The call is where we work out what your books need. You decide after.

A real reply, usually the same day.

Setups are done by hand, so we keep the queue short: 3 a month.

Nothing sensitive, please.

No bank details, passwords or tax numbers here. We'll get what we need on the call, safely.
