What does the monthly price include?
Everything: the hosted accounting system, the chat assistant, invoicing, bills, payroll, HST, banking, reports and inventory, an accountant login and year-end package, and support. One plan, no per-seat fees, no add-on tiers.
Is there a usage limit?
One price covers everyday bookkeeping for an owner-operated business — the volume a normal small business runs. If yours is unusually high-volume, we’ll spot it on the call and scope a plan that fits. No metering, no surprise bills.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time setup from $2,000, scoped on the call. That covers discovery, building your books, training the routine, and handover.
Why is it cheaper than a bookkeeper?
Because the system does the repetitive work and you do the everyday capture from a chat, there’s no bookkeeper’s hourly rate to pay. You get the system set up for your business and running the day-to-day, for less than a bookkeeper charges alone.
