Questions
Can I invoice from a job site?
Yes — “invoice the Hendersons for Friday, $2,400” sends a proper invoice with HST. Quotes work the same way and convert to invoices when the customer says yes.
What about subcontractors and T5018s?
Subcontractor payments are recorded and tracked so the T5018 slips at year-end are ready, rather than reconstructed from memory.
